Terms of Service

1. Description of Services
Our company offers the following services: Google My Business optimization, website SEO, e-commerce SEO, website and e-commerce development, social media management, Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, and SEO audits. Each offer is tailored individually based on client needs and an initial audit to ensure the services meet the client’s specific requirements.

2. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, credit cards, and payment via link. For website development services, a deposit is required before the project begins. For SEO services, payment is required in advance for each billing period. Refunds are available if the client can prove that the service was not performed or was performed incorrectly, within 14 days from the date the contract was signed.

3. Liability
We do not guarantee specific SEO results but commit to delivering services to the highest standard, based on our experience and the diligence of our work. Our liability in the event of any loss is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

4. Copyrights
The client receives full copyright ownership of all created content, including texts, images, and SEO-related materials, both during the contract term and after the contract has ended.

5. Contract Term and Termination
The contract is valid until the completion of the services described in the individually prepared offer. For SEO services, the contract can be terminated with a one-month notice period. For website development services, the contract ends upon the completion of the project. The contract may be terminated immediately if either party breaches the terms of the agreement.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All agreements are governed by the laws of the state where we are headquartered. In the event of disputes, we strive to resolve them through mediation first. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction in the state where our headquarters are located.
